Defense Law in Brief

Defense Law is purely meant for saving the rights of the person who has committed crime. Even when a person is convicted by a crime he is still protected by law. He can have his own criminal defense lawyer to support and help in his criminal defense according to criminal Defense Law.

If one has committed a crime he can have an attorney when speaking in law enforcement. There is no need of answering any of the questions asked by the law enforcement agency but his attorney should be present to answer all interrogations. Agreement regarding searching of any of the properties should me made. And searches which are made by law enforcement agency without any warrant can be stopped. And the final thing is the case should not be discussed any members in the family or friends. Whenever loved ones are called to testify the case they should tell the truth about what happened up to their knowledge.

The Defense law also provides basic rights of the criminal before and after arrest. It also includes right against cruel punishment. The inmate of prison can claim his own rights if he is ill-treated by the officials. But he should have the proper proof that the official has done it knowing it is dangerous to the inmate or ignored the problem knowing its seriousness. The accused should stay without committing mistakes during arrest period because it will devastate his Defense Law. In case some mistake is done situations will turn even worse.
